STAMFORD DAY CARE FACILITIES

Public Act 15-161 requires that all Day Care facilities register with their local police departments so that the police can notify the facility of any potentially hazardous situations that may affect the facility or its staff or customers.

The Stamford Police Department has sent a letter to all registered Day Care facilities within the city to facilitate their registering with the police department. We ask that you complete the form and return it to the police department by September 18, 2015, after which each respondent will receive additional information to complete the registration.

If you have not received a letter by August 24, 2015, please contact Officer Joseph Steyer at jsteyer@stamfordct.gov for assistance.
